why a chicken?
To help fundraising for our oldest kids sports teams, we bought a huli huli chicken trailer. Big Island Provisions (because the Big Island was helping to support the teams) and the chicken because that's what we were cooking. Fun fact, it was until a year later that we saw the trailer was named the Flying Portuguese (painted in the back of the trailer below a shelf).
