Spicy Garlic Shrimp

This is one of my favorite dishes. It reminds me of my childhood. Driving to Kahuku was long and boring. But I knew when we got there, we would get fresh shrimp, sweet watermelon and corn.
I created this dish to honor my memory and to help battle my blood pressure. Sources say that garlic helps to reduce blood pressure.
Ingredients
20 pieces 21/25 Shrimp
2 ounces butter
2 tbsp garlic
1 tsp montreal steak seasoning or old bay seasoning
to taste sambal
Procedures
Over medium high heat, in a saute pan add 1 tablespoon of oil (a neutral oil).
When hot, add in the butter and garlic. Saute the garlic until perfumed and lightly colored.
Add in the shrimp and seasoning salt.
To your taste add in sambal. Add water to pan if the sauce is breaking.
